Cancellation fee
A short notice cancellation (otherwise known as a late cancellation) is considered less than 2 business days to the allocated appointment (in alignment with the NDIS Price Guide 2020/21).
We have decided as a service that we will charge a late cancellation if a family cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment. A late cancellation will incur costs based on the NDIS Price Guide 2020/21: “If a participant [client] makes a short-notice cancellation, the provider may charge up to 100% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment.” Failure to attend a session without prior notice will also be charged as a late cancellation.
